The Ram ProMaster is the van that brought European thinking to American commercial fleets. Introduced for the 2014 model year, it is based on the Fiat Ducato, one of the best-selling vans in Europe since the early 1980s, and it does something unusual in the full-size American van market: it drives the front wheels. That layout gives it a low, flat load floor that makes loading easier and leaves plenty of room for shelving, ladders and tools, and it has made the ProMaster a popular choice for delivery fleets, tradespeople and camper-van builders.

The ProMaster comes in a range of roof heights and lengths, with cargo, window and chassis-cab versions, and it is built in Saltillo, Mexico.
